I called Sprint 800# and reach the Overland Park Kansas Office. I inquired about cell phones for my family. I was told it would be $100 deposit per phone and I qualified for two lines. The phones would cost. $59.00 each. I asked the Sprint Rep if it would be less money to go to an actual Sprint store. The Sprint Rep guaranteed me it would not be cheaper to go to a retail location. I asked the Sprint rep if my money would be refunded if I canceled. The Sprint said my money would be refunded back to my credit card with 72 hours if I canceled the contract and I had thirty days to cancel.
My card was charged over $432.00 dollars with in the next five days.

I was charged an extra $100.00 for no reason at all. Instead of charging of charging me $200.00 for the deposit for two phones, Sprint charged me $300.00. for two phones. Then another $132.00 for the price of two phones.

This is the great part. The SAME DAY I order my service on the phone Dec 12,2007, I canceled the service through a Sprint Retail location. I stopped by a Sprint retail location and was told the Sprint telephone rep had misinformed me about the prices. By ordering service through the Sprint Retail location I would not have to pay any deposits or and the phones were free! SAVING hundreds of dollars.

The Sprint retail manager got on the phone and cancel my contract that I had made on the phone on Dec 12. The Sprint Retail Manager said no problem, my credit card would be credited within 72 hours. As of Feb 6, I have received no refund back to my credit card. I have called many times and each time got a different story.

Dec 22nd I was told by Sprint Customer Service 800# it would take seven days to issue a refund back to my card.
January 15th I was told that I Sprint does not issue refunds back on a credit card that Sprint issues a check in mail and it would be another seven days before I got a check.

Feb 6 I called back to Sprint and received someone very rude and could care less. The Sprint Rep said I never canceled my account until January 15 therefore I would only get a refund of $108.44 instead of a $432.00 refund back to my credit card and it would take 30 days.
Sprint is not making one mistake after another Sprint is just FRAUDULENT Sprint purposely misinforms you to get and keep your money simple as that.

I have the Sprint Manager of a retail location to verify he canceled my account on Dec 12, 2007 and the Credit Dept of Sprint just says no you canceled on January 15th. I never even received my phones!!

So now I have my new bill from the Sprint Retail Location where I actually got service and my phones. There was over $100. in charges for ring tones and internet access charges. We did not order any ring charges or access the internet. After three phone calls I did get a credit for these charges. My bill was suppose to be $139.00 however Sprint tried to charge me $359.00 I had no overtime on my minutes and $3.00 worth of 411 charges.

CONSUMERS BEWARE of your invoices.
Sprint does this dishonest business over and over. I am notify the FCC as well as Federal Trade Commission and the United States General Attorney Office.
