I want to report Sprint for the numerous violations that have occured to my account over the last few years.

At first they were just double billing my account, It took me a few months to fix, and finally they stoped and gave me a large credit. (This was just the start)

Later this year I went in to replace my broken phone and even though I had insurance they refused to give me a loaner phone even though they promised over the phone that they would so that my work would not be interrupted.

This was just the start of my last 4 months of hell, From that moment, I decided I needed to buy another phone so that my work would not be jeopardized, I needed to have contact with my clients and my cell phone was my only means to keep in touch.

I went to the Sprint Store in Fresno on Palm and Nees to get my cell phone replacment while my old one was being fixed, they refused to fix it or give me a replacement saying that there was water damage to my phone, even though I never droped it in water or the rain. From there, I was fed up and decided to talk to another rep about new plans that have recently came out and he wrote down a plan that included :

3000 minutes for 50 dollars a month including no long distance and no roaming, no travel minutes, so that I could commute to work up and down the state of California and call anywhere in the USA, I asked David (the rep) 3 times and had him write down the plan to verify that this plan existed and if i switched that my payments per month would decrease to 78.20 from 113.50 a month, He specifically told me yes it would and that when I purchased a new phone that he would send an email changing me over to that plan at the begining of my billing cycle.

I then went to the other Sprint store to look at cell phones and purchased a new Trio 755p from a lady there that promised that It would have GPS capabilities and that as long as I purchased the 30 dollar a month vision pack that I could have GPS.

Mind you this was Sept 21st and my billing cycle was Oct 5th, So I purchased my Trio and expected my plan to change on the 5th like promised, When the 5th rolled around, my plan did not change, I wanted a week till the 12th to see if it would and it never did, so I called and talked to an older lady from Sprint that said she would fix it and change my plan since David from the Sprint store never did, Again she promised that my phone would have GPS and that all the features
like no long distance, no roaming, and that I could travel would be active on my account and I would not be charged extra.

A few weeks goes by and I receive my Bill for over 200 dollars even though I was supposed to be only for 78.20. I call back and ask why nothing was fixed and why my gps was not working. The rep said i needed some software to make my phone have GPS and that he would give me a credit for the long distance since they made a mistake. I asked him why I didn't have GPS yet and he said the Sprint store should have some type of Software to make the phone work, He told me that the travel minutes etc would all be fixed and should show up on my next bill, (I believed him, even though it turned out to be a lie) He did nothing to fix my account.

I later went into the Sprint Store and the Lady that orginally sold me the phone tried for an hour to make GPS work and she had no clue how to so she called advanced tech support and talked to Bruce. Bruce mentioned that my phone could not do GPS and needed a external service from TelaNav that would make it work, this device costs 100 dollars for the device and 10 a month for the service not available by Sprint.

I told Bruce that the improperly trained staff sold me a phone and a plan under false pretenses and never fixed my issue, neither my plan nor the phone. And I told him I wanted a discount for the phone service of 10 a month so I could get the telanav service and 100 dollar credit for the device. After 3 weeks of debating with them they finally game me 130 dollar credit to get the telaNav Device but said they could not give me an ongoing credit for the service. I told them either give me a 10 dollar credit or a Phone that could do the same thing that my phone does with GPS included. Bruce said no such phone existed at that time. ( Finally in Dec. they said they may be some phone that may come out in JAn that can do it, So I will try to get one)

Mind you up to this point I have been on the phone for over 30 hours, talked to over 15 reps that called me a liar, hung up on me, were improperly trained, so getting these small changes to my account took a lot of time and much patience.


But the account was still not fixed properly, I was still being charged, and still am, travel minutes and long distance charges, The next months bill I was charged 235 dollars extra for long distance and travel time,even though I was promised that It was fixed. Again I got on the phone, and also started emailing ECARE (This is a email center in India, that does very poor work, I have sent over 23 emails to this date of December 29th and still nothing is fixed, other then the long distance which I will explain)

I tried calling customer service again and explained to them of the over billing and the long distance / travel time charges and was hung up on repeatedly, transfered to random people, and called a lair from a few reps that said that my plan didnt exist, even though people said it did from other departments. It was so bad that I started emailing Sprint's ECare and being asking for them to fix my problems, yet nothing got done till one rep said that he would give me a ongoing 5 dollar credit for some long distance package that would save me from incurring long distance charges that I was being billed for. ( after 15 emails he fixed that problem but still to this day even though in writing from SAM, saying that he would fix the travel minutes, have not and I am still waiting..

After all these issues, I am still awaiting credits to my account for all the major issues, and it seems when I call the *2 customer service line that none of the reps can see my emails that I have sent to ECARE, so they have no clue that I have been promised a fix for the travel minutes and upgrade to my phone for the GPS. Reps even have gone so far as to call me a lair and said nothing was ever said even though I have all the Email proof, when I tell them I will email them that proof they say they can not accept incoming emails from me. So my question is, how is this ever going to be fixed, when it seems like there are 2 different databases.

Sprint owes me alot, not only just fixing my plan but also a large credit for all the issues and lies I was told.

I tried to explain most of the details but there are so many more problems, and I hope they get resolved soon, It shouldn't take an act of god to get help from a large company like Sprint, they should want to help, but so far they have not.
