Watch out for the sprint kiosk retailers and even their supervisors in the call center. I had a 69.95 plan all everything data and minutes. I upgraded my phone to a android on Sept 17th 2010. While purchasing the phone they said I had the same plan plus 10 dollar charge for 4G even though it was not available in my area where I use my phone. No choice since they say I may travel to 4G areas even though I do not travel. I come to find that the sales rep changed my plan to a anytime 450 and was surprised to see huge overages which I assumed could not happen since I was on a plan that covered everything. However when I talked to their call center for a total of 45 minutes and went up to a supervisor even though the first person agreed this was wrong the supervisor said "I guess you do not pay attention to your bill" assuming that its me that should monitor Sprint and their charges. I am so done with this company and I have been with them for over 10 years. I accepted the 2 year contract stuff and the occasional mistake but this is downright fraud. They should be ashamed about how they treat loyal customers and as a long term customer they treated me like crap assuming the onus was on me to watch their mistakes. In business I call on this account and will make clear to anyone trying out their service that if you want to work with them it comes at a price. Shame on you Sprint. So much for loyalty

I thought about going with Sprint

AUTHOR: mr rik - (USA)

But their customer service was so inept, and English so poor (based in the phillipines), I decided to run the other way.

So glad I did!

I have been with Sprint

For over 8 years and when I renew my contract or upgrade I know what I am getting into.  It is YOUR responsibility to read your BILL not Sprint.

Is this a new concept?

"Read Contract from this guys"
These guys? How about reading any contract before signing? Is this a new concept?

"No choice"
You had a choice. You didn't have to upgrade and accept the new conditions.

You did not claim that they went outside the terms of the contract therefore this is not a rip off.
