Sprint is the most dishonesty and unethical company I have ever done business with. Despite the fact that they can't deliver on their own service - which is to provide phone connection -- they have proven to be a completely dishonest and unethical company. Because of the on-going disruption I have had to my phone service - dropped calls endlessly all day long -- one kind supervisor offered me a resolution. The resolution was no hit to Sprint. It allowed me to maintain my contract with them removing one line that we donot use. They also shortened one contract end date by a few months.

All contracts would remain in effect until December 2013 giving the ample time to try and resolve the connection issues that are on-going. But when I called in to confirm that they have done what they promised...they transferred me more than 15 times over three hours, hung up on me, told me that they don't even know who the person is that made the deal with me...but then other account people were kind enough to read me the notes that stated in black and white what the agreement was that was made by Sprint to resolve the issue.

They educated me on how to communicate with oher Sprint officials by sharing the ID number so that they could trace the call. Just as a sidenote they tape all calls so I said perhaps they could retrace the call so that could hear their own agreement. After 3 Hours on the phone they transferred me again while a kind representative named Lucy stayed on the phone to make sure that account services would resolve the issue as they said. Instead it was another 45 minutes of be pushing around and placated we were not only back to square one but Sprint informed me that they would not even honor their own agreement.

I don't understand why an authoritative representative would have presented a resolution to me only to know that Sprint had no intention of following through. It's not the money....it's the principle, it's my time, it's the inconvenience that their service does not work and that they honestly have no concern about their customers....once you are locked into a contract you are bound and they have no regard for delivering on their commitment. I am holding them to their agreement as they were the ones who made it but I want everyone to think twice before ever considering Sprint. It's not worth it! I never thought I would say it but THANK YOU RIP OFF REPORT FOR GIVING ME A VOICE!
