sprint not applying correct discounts Kansas

so today i was reviewing my sprint wireless bill and noticed my 19% discount i get for being a firefighter  isnt what it used to be. i have $150 of services a month not including insurance taxes and fees which should come out to be somewhere around a $28 discount yet what im getting is an $11 discount. apparentlysprint has decided the ne "my way" plan is a discounted rate and doesnt qualify to be discounted and only the data charges qualify for discounted rates 

when i switched to this plan after it was solicited to me by a sprint CSR during a totally unrelated call i was told this would be a cheaper option for me yet at that time i was getting a $15 discount off my entire service including voice and data and my plan was only $9 more expensive

i called today and was told it cannot be applied to my entire bill 

its a good thing sprint isnt the only game in town the offers the same discount with similar base pricing 

looks like another customer has been lost 

its been fun sprint but as they say all good things must come to an end
