Sprint Cell Phone Company Muskogee Oklahoma

I recently purchased a used iphone for my 10 year old grandson. It could only be used at Sprint. We took it to a Sprint store in Muskogee, Ok to have it connected for him. For some unforseen reason it would not work so we were told they would not be able to connect it with their services so we left the store assuming we would just return the phone to the individual on ebay and get a refund. After about two months I reeceived a bill for over $300!!!! Thinking there must be some mistake I took it back to the Sprint store and asked about the bill I received and what had taken place when we attempted to sign up with their business. I was told that we still owed the bill because I had signed a contract with them. No service was ever provided and never was the phone connected to their towers. It was just as dead when we left as it was when we received it in the mail! Nothing I said could convince any individual in the store, online or by telephone when I called their customer service that I did not connect with their service. I told them I would take them to court if they tried to pursue it any further! They were very rude and ignored anything I tried to explain to them although I remained very reasonable and polite! I have not paid this bill nor will I. I would never use their service for any reason. It was a total ripoff! The service to begin with was to be pay as u go at $60 per month. How they arrived at $300 for two months they couldn't even begin to explain to me. The rep who attempted to connect the service was at fault because he failed to delete the entire transaction after seeing they were not going to be able to provide me service but he never even so much as apologized! NEVER use this company, it is a total RIPOFF!!!!
