sprint does not care for customers overland park Kansas

I have been a customer of sprint on two different occasions.  The first time  I cancelled.  Don't I could not find a carrier that offered, the services I needed.  I came back.  Now I am having issues and trying to talk to customer service.  They have no idea about to do.

I tried for over a month, to obtain an email address. No one at the call knew of an email address.  Finally was given, what I was told, the president of sprint's email.  Lied to again.  Was able to get some issues fixed, but not all.  

Tonight I received a phone call, saying my account was closed.  If I had questions, call the 800 number.  I called and found out it was sprint.  The person I spoke to at the call center, had no clue.  Offered no apology.  I requested customer retention.  The man I spoke to looked into it.  He could find a reason.  For my trouble, he credited my account, $10. I told to keep it.  It was an insult, conuing the trouble I've had with them, this year.  

Then when I tried to enter the customer community at sprint.com, I couldn't because I had too many email addresses.  I called back and was not able to be helped.  So I put in a different email address foreach box.  Was able to get in, but couldn't file a question.  I was able to reply to someone else's question.

As many people have said the same thing.  I will not recommend sprint to anyone, not even enemies.
