I visited sprint store located at  30-30 Steinway St, Astoria, NY 11103 on 12/30/2016 to transfer from another carrier to sprint an agent name Alex was helping me to do so, first thing he told me that if I buy any device I will get a free harman kardon Bluetooth speaker sprint, as he was almost done with the process he handed me four cases and screen protectors for my phones and told me that they are free of charge as he was done with everything I asked him for the free speaker, he said he wouldn't be able to give it to me that's why he's giving me the cases and protectors for free.

two days later I contacted customer service and asked them to give me a break down for my bill, that’s when I found out that Mr. Alex never gave me anything for free and he added items to my account without my consent, I contacted sprint store on 1/03/2017 and asked for a manager so I get some answers but all managers were busy and I was told I will get a call back shortly( which it never happened) so I went by the store three hours after the call and asked for a manager and I was told that the manager left for the day and I was told to come back the next day,

i called the next day and asked for a manager and I was put on hold for 14 minutes and when the manager eventually came on the phone and I started explaining to him what happened he stopped me and told me that he was going to call me back in a few minutes, I told him that I was told the same thing the day before and no one ever called me back he said I will call you back for sure in a few minutes and when I asked him for his name he said his name was Ray, but as I accepted no one called back
