I ordered RegZooka online from Blue Penguin Software. It is supposted to be a registry cleaner for the computer.

First off, I was double billed on my credit card. I tried contacting them by phone and e-mail. The phone number allowed me to leave a voice message that never was returned after several calls. The e-mail was returned due to the mailbox being full.

Second, I installed the program and don't see that it did anything they claimed. It reported 99 conflict errors, but after running the program to correct the problems, I still have the same issues.

So not only did I waste my money on the purchase, but double the amount because they charged me twice.
