St. Paul Stamps Inc. sold a set of collector stamps over the telephone to me at a price of $2800- on Oct. 1, 2013 with the claim that they would auction these stamps at the next stamp auction, where the expected increase in price would be 20%. The first scheduled auction was March 2014, followed by auctions in August and December 2014, and additional auctions in March, August, and December 2015.
None of these auctions resulted in a sale at or greater than $2800-. I have repeatedly emailed and called St. Paul Stamps Inc. demanding the refund of my $2800 purchase price. They have realized a it on my price over the two year interval in bank interest of at least 10%. I checked the value of these stamps with a reputable collector stamp auction house in Connecticut, Kelleher Auctions, and received a valuation of only $150 for these stamps. This indicated that St. Paul Stamps Inc. perpetrated Interstate fraud in the sale of these stamps. I have filed criminal complaint with the FBI on this case, as well as a complaint with the Branson Better Business Bureau in both Branson MO and Las Vegas NV, St. Paul Stamps Inc. has not responded to my telephone calls or emails.

Saint Pauls Stamps contacted me via cold call and talked me into purchasing approx. 25k of their stamps. These stamps have been assessed at having something around 1k of market value. I believe this qualifies as fraud.
