Stainsafe and Levitz fraudulent ripoff businesses Palm Beach Gardens Florida

I was fraudulently misled by Levitz to believe that if I buy an extended warranty upon the purchase of my two couches I would be covered in the event that a misfortune covered by the warranty should happen to the couches. Well something unfortunate did happen to my couches. I had tears on my couches, it is clearly stated that "tears are covered". But alas here is how these two companies make money, they refuse to cover the repair of the damage or replace the couches.

First they would not help me find my records on the warranty but luckily for me I foung the records. Suddenly the Stainsafe company employee by the name of Jamad became uneccessarily rude and disrespectfull. I asked to speak to a supervisor, wouldn't you know it, a person by the name of Tiffany Bollers comes on and is even worse. I was told that another surpervisor by the name of Lillian will call back. Not a chance at that happening as I am still waiting.

This company does business with Levitz and they have developed a systematic approach to defraud customers of their money. They have been in business together since the inception of Levitz. I am going to start the process of seeking reprieve from the courts. Someone needs to fight this two companies.

Wouldn't you know it Levitz was not much help also. I got referred to Stainsafe time after time. Use other furniture companies avoid Levitz.
