Stainsafe ripoff failed to respond to our request for any type of service, told us it was not covered Palm Beach, Florida

We purchased 2 couches and a chair from value city furniture. We had problems shortly after the delivery. They sent a technician to make a repair. They left without fulfilling the obligation of the stainsafe comprehensive furniture protection plan.

We called again and the representative who was in florida advised us without looking at the furniture that it was a manufacturers defect and that we should contact the store.

The store advises that stainsafe is obligated to fulfill the protection plan contract
