Stamps.com I was charged $15.99 every month but did not receive any product. I contacted the customer service representative and she told me that I should go to the post office in order to investigate the matter. She also said that the transaction was made on their website with my debit card which I had lost several months ago; they reissued me one with the same exact numbers. I asked her to cease and desist any further transactions until this claim can be resolved; she refused. She did refer me to the fraud department of Stamps.com but they don't open for several days.
This is the single most mind boggling scam regarding regarding a US company that is piggybacking on a Federal legitimate service. I cannot believe that she would not cancel my subscription; even thought I am not fully aware of what the subscription was. Charged me $15 a month, no product provided, refused reimbursement and refused to cancel service. subscriptionsubscriptionsubscriptionStamps.com I was charged $15.99 every month but did not receive any product.
