STAN KOCH & SONS TRUCKING COMPANY RIP-OFF AND DESTROY NEWLYWEDS LIVES MINNEAPOLIS Minnesota

my wife & i are newly weds basicaly destoyed because of our connection with the stan koch & sons company. They cheated us from the vey start, leaving us broke and without, explained below.

I have been a good & dedeciated driver for 7 yrs. and never had a problem, until i signed on with koch n sons. I drove when & where they wanted, doing everything requested of me , yet got wrongly terminated.

I was ok"d 2 pets on my truck & told it would be a $500 fee taken out at $100 a paycheck. well they started deducting a hundred here & there, & it was paid in full, then at the end took out i believe another $150 & then another full $500 out of one check, sending me a check of $3 to live on.

I had requested time off to take care of legal matters, which i had explained to them were urgent. juan matoes, my fleet manager assigned me a forced order and said deliver or be terminated. i completed the assignment , but in doing so lost our home & everything we owned.

Earlier i had told juan that i needed $150 for my blood pressure meds as i was being assigned one job after another. i told juan i was over my 11 hrs. driving time, hed say i still had to do it. eventually he ok d me $50, not enough to get my meds. [NEVER RECEIVED MEDICAL CARDS] i used that to get my wife & i a shower and something to eat as we were doing without because of being cheated on checks. [still needed meds & shouldnt have been forced o drive]

Ifelt that entire time i was on job that i was being harresed and forced into unsafe jobs. juan would say contact me right now or turn around & bring load back, after i had already delivered it when i d call him, hed say oh i had you confused with another driver.

Iwas given totaly incorrect directions a number of times. when i d contact iuan hed act mad & yet hed order not to contact the customer. i d be out in middle of no where & my cell would lose signal, and juan would be qualcomming for me to call him when id already quaulcomed cell wasnt working.

once my wife linda got ill in kansas n had to take her to hosptal and they wanted to admit her overnite, but had to sign her out as juan threatened to terminate if i didnt complete load that night.

we had to move to iowa , had to use our clasic firebird as a down payment [since no pay] or be homeless after losing everything. juan said he wouldnt be able to use me as too far . i said i d change to otr & juan replied no, i wont give them that headach and told me to turn truck in. guess i was terminated for where i live. at that time, still no medical cards, never got them, and cheated on pay AGAIN , ended up received a whole $21 for entire month of c onstant driving & my thanks was terminating my job. now they wont approve my unemployment and obviously giving bad refrence as cant get another job after they contact koch. new marriage & the holidays , yet we re suffering thanks to koch.
