I received the following letter with a check in the mail asking for me to send a Moneygram Wire Transfer after calling the company.

The letter goes like this

We have been retained to inform you of the official release of the 2007 North American Sweepstakes held on December 10, 2007 in the 3re category

A ticket with serial number ########## attached to your name drew the lucky winning numbers ###########

Whe have made many unsuccessful attempts to contact you regarding this winning. You are entitled to the sum of $150,000.00 US dollars. This is from total prize money of $3,750,000.00 U S Dollars that was shared and presented among 25 declared winners.

Please note that all the participants were selected through a random computer ballot system drawn from over 1,500,000 names

Your claim number is NAS/WIN 2007-LGM and in accordance with our disbursement policy, your prize award money has been forwarded to us with instructions to release same to you either by certified check or money order.

Please keep your claim number to yourself for it is the only proof of your winning

To expedite the processing, enclosed is a check of $4,900.00 dollars which has been deducted from your winning.

You will be using this first check to pay for the applicable fees on your winning
