i called and spoke to a representative from stanley home warranty on sept 3 2014. i was told specific answers to what i wanted to know regarding policy warrantys. it would become effective 30 days after i paid the first month cost with would be oct 3 2014. in this case i received the policy via e mail on the same date. after i read it thru i decide that i have been giving false information. i am a license insurance agent with  over 30 years expereince and i read lost of insurance policy in life time. i call the agent the following day unable to reach him i send him 3 different e mail no answers.  finnaly on friday the 5 of sept i was able to reach a customer service rep  i receive i have no idea the agent in not avalable. i asked for a manager was told none were avable i was put on hold on 3 different times finaly i got cut off from the call. i try to reach her again with no luch i call again numerous of time and could never reached anyone. on sept 8 i finnaly called and reach the sale customer service lady  again i was giving the same story. i sked if she gave the message to the manager was told she did.  i wanted to cancel the plan and get the refund she told me that someone would call me back and yet i am steal waiting.

now i am going to file a complaint with the state license bureau and with the bbb.
