 I was given 2 promotions and raises within a 8 month period to Lab Tech Assistant Manager with absolutley no work experience or training in the Optical field.Several of the staff had no training yet company continued to presribe glasses with the wrong prescriptions and even produce glasses for optical labs in other states.

Stanton Optical Sherman,TX Classical Bait-n-switch They get you in with a Deal - 2 Pair of Glasses For $59 or $69 and then up sell you into $200+ 2 year Free Replacement Glasses plan. You to find out the 1st time you need a replacement pair it will cost you $200+ for the lenses; Glasses include Frames AND Lenses. John, the manager was courteous and helpful but, had he informed us the 'Free Replacement Glasses' was actually Free Frames only and lenses would be $100 each, we never would have taken the deal he pushed on us. This borderlines on Fraud in my opinion since they sell it as 'Replacement Glasses' not replacement frames. Bait and switch from 2 pair for $69 with free eye exam, to free frames for 2 years sold as free replacement glasses for 2 years Sherman Texas

Stanton Optical I purchased two pair of glasses and one came back four weeks later with the wrong perscription and the other pair I purchased is still missing, I also gave them my husbands glasses to add a non reflective glare and they have lost those pair.  Modesto California
