On May 22. Staples had a deal of the day for Marcal Toilet tissue.I ordered 11 cases and got an order confirmation number 9204734912. My bank account was debited the amount of 42.94. Expected delivery of June 1.After a few days I checked my e-mail and had found out that they were out of stock. After chatting in a forum with a member who told everyone about the deal of the day I found out every one in the forum got the same reason. Upon further discussions of in the forum of some members who took it to corporate the real excuse was they would has lost money because of the low price at which they offered the deal.

So the real reason wasn't that they were out of stock. They had made a computer error upon checkout that gave everyone a coupon toward their purchase that would have cost them money. So Staples to cover their mistake said it was out of stock. Boycott Staples if this is the way they are going to do business. They put the money back in my account for my purchase after they realized their blunder. Many retailers lose money by making errors and will honor their mistake to keep their customers but Staples would rather ignore their customers and act like nothing happened. For this reason I will never shop at Staples again. I hope more people will report this company for being ripped off of their credit card info, e-mail address. and home address just for a blunder that would have cost Staples.
