Star Capital Securities Send a tax agent $2975.00 Chatham Ontario

I received a letter from Star Capital Securities, Inc. Chatham, Ontario stating that I had won $125,000 along with a check in the amount of $4875 of which I was to send $2975 to Tax Agent Flint Church, 129 Bloor Street, Ottawa, Ontarioa, Canada K3P1H1 and then call then back with the receipt so they could forward the balance to me.

I spoke to Carol Armstrong, claim agent, at 1-416-876-7797, and she told me to deposit the check and then call her back and she would tell me where to send the taxes. I inquired about who the Tax Agent was and she kept saying she couldn't tell me until after I deposited the check and called her back.

I became suspicious because this was supposed to be a North American Claims Affiliate and why was I paying tax to someone in Canada.

This is just a scan to get me to send them $2975.
