They will keep changing the name of the company, but they will keep repeating the same story which goes as follows:
We will get you a new interest rate of 2% - 3% , they are going to be doing a forensic documention audit and you dont have to make your mortgage payment- send your mortgage payment to them and their processors have worked inside the banks and therefore they have a special relationship with the banks. And they have a money back guarantee. They also claim to have attorneys nationwide which will go to court on your behalf.
BEWARE- They sound offical , But are not lawyers and dont have a single lawyer on staff, Once they get your money they will STOP calling you in about three months-
I have names of over 20 clients who have not been contacted or who have not received a refund or Loan Modification- If you have been ripped off by this company or any of the companies listed above contact your attorney general in your state with this information
