Star health and beauty scam, bad product, misleading,rip off, cold call scam Covington Georgia

We were cold called at are salon in March 2013.We were told there was going to be a national launch for there amazing products. We were told if we were unhappy for any reason there would be a full refund within 60 days. We hated the products! They did not work. We called back to ship back the usless product and get our refund only to be told we needed to wait 120 days. We then sent our produt back in 120 days certified mail.

We received a letter telling us there are no refunds from there company but we could have $299.00 back in there other usless crap products. Wow how nice of them

We then called the company to dipute there misrepresentation of there sales pitch and products. Only to get the most arrogant jerk of a man on the phone. He tried to put me on hold several times to try and ditch me. He told me there was nothing i could do but get there products or eat it! Super!! Now what? He told me to go ahead and call our attorney that there was nothing we could. Hopefully there will be enough of us out there to bind together and have an attorney probono our case to help get everyones money back. No wonder small buisnesses struggle. Nicle and dime scams. 

This man was so proud that he servises 30,000 clients. If thats the case then he should have no problem giving back our $299!!
