Hello to All:

Thank you so much for all of the information on Starbiz. Thanks to this report my husband and I were not scammed.

I took two of our children down with a picture of the third child. I was given the same speech as everyone else and it was my understanding that the child would be guaranteed at least 1 job. She said in the same breath that the jobs paid between $600 - $1200 dollars so I tried to convince my husband that the money would be returned.

Luckily my husband was very suspicious and contacted Starbiz and asked for a contract to be fax to him at this office. After reading the contract he became even more suspicious and found this website through ask.com.

I would have been very upset to fork out $685 dollars to find out it was a scam. It's just over 40 or so days til Christmas. I will continue to read up on the crusade to get this scam artist shut down and anything I can do to help I'm in. Someone find out if it's illegal for us to hand out flyers or something to the unsuspected parents maybe in the Fairfield parking lot.

For those who have been scammed my heart goes out to you, but don't just take it and let Bruce get away with it, Fight Back. Also, a friendly reminder for those thinking of signing this bogus contract or have signed within the last 24 hours. You have the right to change your mind within 24hours. You must contact them (preferably in writing to protect yourself) within the 24 hour period and deliver your letter in person, it doesn't have to be Bruce, but get the name of the person you hand the letter to (his representative).

One question for the ex-employee. What happens to the pictures that are brought in are they destroyed? Are the pictures taken of all the children who's parents didn't sign a contract deleted from the digital camera?
