StarBiz Wilhelmina ripoff, Smooth talked my husband and I that our child was one of the top 5 stars Scottsdale Arizona

My husband and I saw an ad in the AZ Republic about new baby faces for StarBiz Wilhelmina. We called and felt great about the audition. There were at least 30 children. We were blinded by the excitment of our child being in ads. We paid for the first shoot in August 11, 2004 and it is now December 4, 2004. I have called at least 6 times and have not received any callbacks or any of our promised photos and web spots after the $685.00 that they so easily took out of our hard earned money.. They gave us hope and a promise of 50 head shot photos and a spot on their website with the understanding that we would also be posted on the website out of L.A. and New York.

I also agree that the clothing line chosen for the photo shoot was questionable. The photographer was asking my husband and I to do all the work in entertaining our child, positioning her in the chair and waving the props. A professional photographer would not need this assistance. The only gratification we have had in this experience is my daughter spitting up on the clothes after the shoot because it was so hot in the room..

They have even promised a spot on the Baby and Toddlers division of their website. That website is still not active as of today, 6 months later..

Please respond via ripoff report if you have had any luck in getting a refund on the unwarranted promises of stardom and false information.
