I opened an account with Starling Capital, as I found information online regarding Binary Option trading.

They ask for a deposit of $250.00 to be made to the account as an initial deposit. I began trading, then noticed the account was locked.

I contacted Starling Capital, which is located in Stockholm, Sweden, and I was told they needed to verify my account. This is done with a copy of your drivers license, recent utility bill, the credit card you used (with the middle numbers and code number blocked out.

I sent the documenation to them several times, and the account was still locked. I contacted them, and was refered to Karen.

Karen called and wanted to know where the documents were sent, I mentioned they went to compliance as requested by Starling Capital. She said that was the problem, they were to go to her.

I sent the documents to Karen, she stated the account would be unlocked that afternoon. When I got home I noticed the account was still locked.

It was Friday evening, and I left messages and sent e-mails to Karen, all to no avail.

Yesterday I called to speak with her, and was told she was in a meeting and that they would give her the message.....no return call from Karen.

So I messaged Starling Capital again, and again they are asking for copies of the credit card used. These documents were sent and cleared by Karen.

This morning I messaged them again, this time I received a message from Victoria and again I explained my situation. Again she stated they needed a copy of the credit card used.

I continued to explain to her that I sent all documentation, and her reply was to "cooperate" and send them what they needed.

They have my $250.00, (and who knows who else is faced with the same problem) and they ask that I "cooperate"

I believe this is a rip-off, and that once they have your money you will never see it again.

Stay far away from any of these so called "Binary Option Brokers", they are out of the country; and you will never make any money, only loose it.

They also have a tendency to call from phone numbers located in New York, and they even admit they are in Sweden. What a gimmick, scam, and thieves these agencies are.
