Good day to all-
I have read from the "so called lawyers" comments about his "Opinions" about how he wishes for all the victims to view the way these companies conduct business.

I have a successful business and wanted to rightfully extend it to another market. I was promised WWW listing and setup and was never given support on it. The Credit card system they provided could not meet my demand of my business which was one of the principal reason for the contract, for which I strictly informed them was one of the greatest needs. Till today they have not provided any assistance in correcting or full filling their obligation to me. They as well stated to assist in Growing my business, which they do not respond to emails, they send all calls through a message center, they will not even provide a physical address to me to visit them. What do they have to hide? As a business owner I provide all my clients complete information and disclosure of what they will get for their money, this company hides it and out right does not provide any. This is the greatest argument for everyone involved. This constitutes Fraudulent trade practices. Thus voiding any contractual agreement made. BREACH OF CONTRACT

Everyone that has been victimized by these companies probably at one point or another had the right intention of commencing a business. Sounds good and everyone likes to prosper in life. The real problem here is that these companies are not providing anything to get you to your goals. They sent me literature and some C/'s, which I followed to the "T" and reached a point where the company till today has not gotten me any further than were I started. It seems that they filled people with false hopes and will or can't not full fill their needs and just think they can brush them off.

Lots of the people who have read your comment hopefully do not get discouraged into thinking the have no out in this type of fraudulent actions towards them. The must not get discouraged by a possibly partisan attorney to these actions. Lease breakers of Las Vegas have many-documented action with these types of companies and as even the Better Business Bureau has revoked their good standing and has place them on the bad or even consumer watch list. Please don't give up and try whatever means possible to rid yourself of these types of companies and don't get discouraged by people like the so-called Lawyer who might be on the side of these companies. Not all of us understand the law or want to, but we know when something smells bad and we just have to throw it away. I understand that we signed into an obligation but when the other parties are not full filling their obligation and just want to collect and are not quite honest upfront this is victimizing. This is not like buying a car were you have a physical item were if we buy it because we like the color and not check out under the hood and inside the car, this is our own fault, when in these cases of representing an opportunity and given the false hope of them assisting you into a successful business and later left by the waste side, this is wrong.

Hopefully with enough complaints and defaults on payment just like the mortgage companies that have gone under because all of a sudden they raise the payment rates to an extreme amount where the consumer can not afford (becuase the poor consumer was let by a shady broker or just not completely given the complete story) they ended up going under, the same will happen to these companies and thus like they entered they will leave. Until then keep up the fight and there is hope out there and a way out, not to get money out from being a victim but relief that your should not be obligated to pay for something you are not and never will get.
