Startup Essentials - A-1 Leasing Ripoffs Dishonest Fradulent Dallas Texas

These vultures are distroying pore peoples lives. they called my home after I responded to a web pop up claming I was the winner of a Free lap top pc. fill out the survey to receive so I did when asked if I was interested in a home based buisness I personaly wasnt but thought they would send info to my email address since I am on the do not call list. I was wrong they called and as every other report on this site states very high preasure my wife spoke to the guy while I listned in on the conversation this guy smothed talked her into this fraud when asked for bank acount i gave mine to my wife to use I told this guy I was writing the amount down so I wouldnt make a mistake on my check register. I confirmed four times the amount would be only $125.99 when I got my statment they had charged my acount $136.40 which overdrew my acount.

I thought mabe this guy had forgoten to tell me there would be shipping so I dint worry to much about it. when the second payment hit my acount I got on the pc and tried to go to there website to speak to someone about this. couldnt find it was down or something so I called got the leave a message. I did so no return call so the next morning I called them again with no luck of anyone there. I found the paper that came with the laptop that you call to confirm that it had arrived, what do you know there was someone there. I questioned the charge the lady stated it was taxes and insurance. i told her I hadnt agreed to that amount she stated I had and that even if sent back it was non-canciable i told her that I could not afford that much and was conected to someone else that took my name and number and said she would have someone call me back.

no call that day but I did recive a call the next morning from some guy that asked if my wife was home. I told him she wasn't here. he asked when she would be here i told him she worked difrent hours and didnt know when she would be in. I said but you can talk tto me about this and he promptly hung up and I/we havent heard from him since. so at that time I contacted my attorney genrals office and filled a complaint with them also contacted a local attorney and he advised me to retun there product cancil my bank acount which I did at that time. I took the lap top and all that my wife had recived to a ups store took it alll out of the box and asked the lady there if she could check ea item off as it went back into the box she did so initialing each item and signing her name at the top. it was sent back to startup essintials on a friday they signed for it on a monday. I did get a letter from my attorney genrals office with a statment from the guy that called my home he stated that startup essentials is a program to help merchants get there items online. well first off my wife is no merchant the next thing is he said the purchaser takes part in two phone calls and is explained in detail all the lease agreament my wife took part in one that was when they talked her into this line of lies the second phone call he spoke of is the one that you make when the package arives.

I made this call and I wasnt the one they needed to talk to to confirm the agrement with. my wife had already had second thoughts about it and would have not took the package in the first place but she hadnt told me this so when it came i took the package and opened it to see what all there was in the package. i found the paper that said call to let them know that the package had arrived so I did. yesterday was pament day for A-1 leasing they called my wifes cell phone and she told the guy that it had been turned into the attorney genarals office and to contact me as I have been the one taking care of the complaints. he stated to her that he didnt have our home phone number. strange she sure gave it when she was talking to the fist guy that took her info and such. but never the less he called me i told him that the package was back in startup essentials hands. he said I must have them confused with startup I told him I knew who he was with and that I wasnt paying him as I couldnt afford it. he thretind me with a lawsuit. i told him do what ever I dont own a home and any vehicles etc I have I owe for. he then said well if you ever want to buy a home it will be on your record as unpaid debt.

well I dont know about the rest of you but I will not pay for something that my wife does not have. and yes if someone is getting together a class action suit against these crooks count us in as well. one other thing while on the phone with this guy from A-1 I told him of this website where I found startup essentials name he said well every company has complaints and they werent startup essentials anyway. I then said to him well your name A-1 leasing is there to. and added another thing I told him that startup claims to be part of bbb I also said that there isnt one good report on them there's nothing but complaints and thats not good buisness.

needless to say he brought the conversation to a close real quick when he relized I knew the trough about them. time will tell and may God bless everyone that is going throgh this. put your trust in him and let him crush this snakes heads as there seems to be many.
