State Farm Auto No customer loyalty - NO PAY Bloomington Illinois

 My mother and stepfather, long-time policy holders at State Farm were struck by a young man with no insurance - driving on a revolked drivers license - who according to an impartial eye witness was driving recklessly and speeding.  My mother was killed as a result of the accident.  When we claimed on her uninsured motorist coverage, we were told State Farm had determined it was my step father's fault and our claim was denied.  This was completely contrary to the known facts and circumstances of the event. 

We took the issue to court only to find State Farm defending the uninsured driver who killed my mother. We were awarded a settlement at policy limits in a jury trial, but State Farm has yet to pay. We have spent hundreds of thousands of dollars to date just to get State Farm to fulfil the terms of its contract and the jury award.  If you think they are on your side and they are the good neighbor they say they are- think again.  This company clearly has demonstrated that they have no loyalty to their customer.  Our local news station picked up this story.  Take a minute to look at this.
