State Farm Insurance of Oregon Class Action Lawsuit now forming Medford OR

I have also been a victim.  I am currently trying to get my car repaired.  First they are blaming me in a collission where the truck driver blew a tire and dropped a metal arm and tire flap onto the highway that I then hit.  He and the highway patrol were chatting about getting him another tire instead of moving this item as large as the truck of the officers car off the road.  However, I am at fault.  Then they said my new car under warranty which I had towed to the local shop where purchased is now not being covered in repairs because of their specialty shop guidelines.  They are denying the very tire and wheel that hit the item due to do picture and now I have to wait for a supplemental report due to the shop not sending the picture.  I had paid for rental car coverage on a previous car and then when I got this one they dropped this and so I have to eat the rental car expense and since I am a hybrid owner the gas too.  I am scared to death to drive now as things are all over the road and flying off vehicles constantly and I feared for my life in this incident as it tore up under the car.

They made me go online and get an account to know what they were doing but then never entered the information.  The initial investigator blamed me from the beginning saying I should have swerved which is know to cause more accidents or I should have breaked hard and let some one rearend me.  I feel totally stressed and overwhelmed by this and I probably need to see a mental health person as I think I have PTSD when I am driving if my passenger even moves I am hypervigile and jump.  I feel so stressed I can't think straight and the harrassment of how they are handling this is leaving me more stressed.  This is an abusive company.  Just prior to this I had gone to them for home coverage to get a multicar discount having had no accidents or issues for years.  They actually told me my home was too close to the ocean to cover me.  I have a highway and at least a 150 ft drop down to an area where the reinforcement rock ledge on the beach begins.  I have always had coverage and I think they are a scam.
