State Farm Insurance State Farm Insurance of Oregon STATE FARM DENIALS OF PROPER MATERIALS, REPAIR ALLOWANCES AND PARTS CAUSED CAN NOT TO BE REPAIRED TO PRE-LOSS STATUS Tuwalitan, Oregon Nationwide

On October 30 2013, my car was in an accident the was determined to be the responsibility of the other driver.  Her insurance carrier was State Farm Insurance.  The carwas taken to Leifs Auto Collision Centers in Tigard, Oregon. There wwre delays after delays after delays because State Farm claimed repairs were not needed, or that the parts were unavailable.  This went on for six months. 

After six months, I was told to come get my care.  When I was paying the repair bill of $8,042.52. I was informed the "Due to State Farm denials of proper materials, repair allowances and parts myvehicle had be repaired to a non pre-kiss State Farm Approved conditgion.  Additionally, I was informed that no warranty regarding those items was offered."

Lief's went on to state that the vehicle had not be repaired to pre-loss status. I wrote a complant to Oregon's insurance commissioner after which State Farm contacted me and said it was not the responsibility, I should have gone to one of their approved body shops. Six months repair, and I now drive a damaged vehicle and St ate Farm has closed the books..
