State Farm insurance State Farm Garnett West Jr. Not send an adjuster to come look at damage to house. Or file a claim! Olive Branch, MS MS

Wouldn’t come look at my foundation that I reported in 1999 that is broken and then didn’t file a report, after many calls finally said they’d send someone out  to see about.  Never did! Their guy called said there wasn’t any point in him looking at it they were going to deny it anyway.  Then held on to my report for 2 years saying continuously it was still open case.  

I called all the time and they would say I wouldn’t let them come out and look, wanted to do a virtual video and pictures under a dark house then said I didn’t get them good pictures.  For over 20 years almost $450 a month house, 1 renters insurance and 2 cars and they wouldn’t send an adjuster out.  

Man in Alabama over claims he kept case open trying to find out what was going on.   Never heard from him again.  Stupid women would call and tell me since I wouldn’t let them come they denied it months before.  It was denied and closed after my last conversation with Beverly who wouldn’t even talk to, head boss about when he was going to send adjuster.  

They closed my case when I kept calling and writing them on when guy was coming.  Sent email to Garnett West Jr. he just sent it to them. My house has a crawl space and the joists are the foundation but they claimed it wasn’t.  Two different contractors from two different companies said that was bull crap..   It’s gonna cost a fortune to get it fixed.  

State Farm is not a GOOD NEIGHBOR just a rip off taking peoples money then not paying legitimate claims.  Beverly needs to stop putting false information on claims.  She put flood damage on my claim and house is about 2-3 ft off the ground.   No way it could flood.   

I would not recommend State Farm or Garnett West to get your insurance through.
