Bought a home warranty with State Wide Warranty (fee of $331.86 paid-in-full, of course!) in January 2012 after extensive research. As we sold our home in August 2012 and no longer needed the policy, we contacted them for a refund of the unused portion. After 7 phone calls, numerous e-mails, and a formal letter to the company, as well as to the rep who sold us the policy, no return phone calls or refunds have been issued...A RIP-OFF!!!!! to say the very least!!!
