STATE WIDE WARRANTY SCAM/RIPOFF OF 2 YEARS SERVICE FEES TOTALLING $643.72 WILMINGTON Delaware

In the latter part of May 2012, we decided we needed a Warranty Service Company to take care of any problems with our Home Appliances, etc. After considerable research, we chose State Wide Warranty (SWW). This decision was based on the many excellent reviews we read about SWW.

In the last week or so, we have been encountering problems with our FRIGIDAIRE Refrigerator & decided to call SWW, whom we have a 2 year fully paid FIRST CHOICE PLAN Policy with. Much to our astonishment, no one picked up on either of the 2 telephone Nos we called i.e. (302) 757-7117 & (877) 239-6218 yesterday.

We again called the 2 Nos today. This time however, someone with a similar Caribbean accent (perhaps, Jamaican) picked  up both lines. From what he said, both Nos were his & people keep calling & calling & he knows nothing of SWW. We consider this both coincidental & strange.  

My wife & self are both retired Senior Citizens, & most naturally feel the loss of the $643.72 paid.
