Stateway Auto Transport Bill Rosen & Danielle Beware Of These Crooks Choose Another Carrier!!!! Wheeling Illinois

This Company Needs to Be Shut Down and Put OUT OF BUSINESS!!! I decided to contract with this company to move my vehicle from Riverdale IL. to Chandler Az. on 8/07/2013 for a pickup date of 8/12/2013. Per my contract I was told that it could take up to 1 to 7 business day to pick up my vehicle and then after it was picked up it will take an additional 4 days to be delivered to me.. I made my $145 deposit with Bill Rosen and I have never heard from him again.

On 8/12/2013 I received a call from Danielle who stated that she was Bill Rosen's rep and that my vehicle had been added to the dispatch board for pick up and as soon as it was assigned I would receive a call from the driver with his/her name and phone number to track my vehicle. WELL THAT NEVER HAPPENED!!!

I then called 2 days later on Wednesday 8/14/2013 and was not able to speak to anyone only to be told to leave a message and someone would be returning my call because the were busy with other customers. WELL THAT NEVER HAPPENED EITHER!!

I called again 2 day later on Friday 8/16/2013 and still was not able to reach Bill Rosen or Danielle or anyone but was transfered to the same voice mail that stated that they were busy with other customers and they would return my call!! WELL THAT NEVER HAPPENED EITHER!!!

I called again on the 7th business day which was Tuesday 8/20/2013 and still could not reach anyone. So I decided to call from a totally different number and I still got the same voicemail as before. I then called back from this different phone to to place a order and By George someone called me back regarding picking up my vechile. The woman I spoke to I can't remember her name but I told her that I wanted to cancel my contract with this and I wanted a full refund of my deposit back!!! She asked for my contract number and she said to me that my contract stated that my vehicle would be picked up within 1 to 7 business day and I was only on the 6tth day!!

Well I said to her she needs to recount those days because today 8/20/2013 makes the 7th day not the 6th day and my vehicle is still where I parked it for one of their drivers to pick it up. On top of that I have been callling and can never reach anyone nor does anyone return my calls as their voicemail states would happen. She then transfered me to Danielle.

I'm now speaking with Danielle and she's telling me that she has returned all my calls and I told her she is a liar and I want all of my deposit returned to me and to cancel my contract!! She then continued to try and BS me by telling me the reason my vehicle had not been picked up was because the drivers choose the smaller cars first to move and also how much another customer has paid to have there vehicle moved!!! Well that was never stated to me and now I still want my deposit back!!! She then begged me to give her 2 days to move my vehicle by offering a driver my deposit to transport my vehile. I told her I will give her 2 days which would be Thursday 8/22/2013 but if my vehicle is not picked up and on it's way to me to start processing my refund deposit!!!

Well as you know I have not heard from Danielle or anyone Driver or anyone from Stateway Auto Transport. I am so happy that they did not get possession of my vehicle at this point because I'm sure if that had I would have to deal with more issue in getting my vechile peroid!!!

DO NOT .....AND I REPEAT DO NOT CONTRACT WITH THIS COMPANY!!! DO YOUR HOMEWORK BY CHECKING THE BBB OF WHICH THEY HAVE A C- RATING AND ALSO CHECK TRANSPORT REVIEWS.COM AS WELL ON THIS COMPANY!!! They are Liars and CROOKS!!! LEARN FROM OTHER'S EXPERIENCE DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY!!!  THEY ARE UNPROFESSIONAL, DECEITFUL CROOKS!!!
