I ordered the Steam Buddy advertised on television. I received a confirmation of my order that was placed on the internet on February 3, 2008. I noticed that the price for the merchandise was $19.95 and the shipping was $15.93. I attempted to send a reply to the email confirmation and it was invalid. I sent another email via the online website twice and never heard anything. I tried the telephone number and was unable to get through. Here it is a month later and I never heard anything else.
