Steam Buddy COMPLETE SCAM I did NOT hit the "ORDER" button and item was still ordered! Santa Clarita California

I keep seeing the commercial for the Steam Buddy and went online today to order it. However, after I plugged in all of my credit card (I was smart--I used my AMEX--which any item can be disputed) information, the next page stated that the "shipping costs" were the same price as the steamer...around $15.00...the best part is that it says to "expect delivery in 4 to 6 weeks". If I am paying $15.00 for shipping, I want my item tomorrow! Anyway, I decided not to click the "ORDER SUBMIT" button and look for the item on Harrietcarter.com. Well, I FOUND the item on there with shipping of only $5.00, so I actually ordered it on Harrietcarter.com. In the meantime, I received a confirmation email from STEAM BUDDY thanking me for my order with that $15.00 shipping charge on it! In an outrage, I looked up their phone number, was "ON HOLD" for Customer Service almost an hour...no one picks up. So, I called again and depressed the number for "credit card verification", as though I were calling to 'order' a product (therefore tricking them back) and got a hold of someone --that person told me that they cannot "CANCEL" anything out of their system until 24 hours from now because they cannot even 'see' or verify that the item was even ordered. I began to get suspicious and called AMEX...but I have to wait until the charge is actually on my account prior to DISPUTING it. So, that is EXACTLY what I am going to do--unfortunately. I trust Harriet Carter, though, because I have ordered before from them and have had no problems. I will keep everyone posted to see that I can actually cancel this item TOMORROW--24 hours later. I just know I am going to have trouble, as everyone else on here seemed to have. I hope folks check this out prior to ordering!
