I ordered my product on Friday Aug. 1, called on the 6th to see if items had shipped. Chip was borderline rude to me that they had not had time to process the order; but they had time to take the money from my account on the 4th. Was told I would be called back with more information later that afternoon. Never happend.
I called back multiple times and when I finally spoke with Nina she said part of the order would be shipped that day and the rest of the order was going out Monday priority mail. That was the 7th.
I have tried calling multiple times everyday since. No one every answers the phone and needless to say no product has ever shown up. No money has been refunded. Watch out for these people.
