Steelcore Security Straps Product Never Recieved; Complete Fraud Anaheim, California

Originally I had called Steelcore on the phone number posted on the company's website to ask a question about their security tie down straps. I didn't get through to anyone straight off, but received a phone call back from the owner Sam around ten minutes later. Sam answered my question and then began to shoot the breeze with me about surfing and anything else that popped into his mind. After some time Sam then offered to take my order for the straps over the phone instead of going through some third party website like Amazon. I figured why not. At the close of our conversation I asked him to e-mail me a receipt and tracking number for the package and was promptly reassured that this would happen. A couple of days went by and still no receipt or package tracking number. I left Sam and e-mail and voice mail inquiring about this and did receive a follow up message on my phone again assuring me that the receipt would and tracking number would be sent to me ASAP. More time goes by and I begin to get the feeling that something is wrong. Mind you, at this point the transaction has cleared my account and I have been charged for a product that I never ended up receiving. I called Sam multiple times and left him multiple e-mails to follow up on my order and never received a response from him.

Of course not, Steelcore already had my money. This is unfortunate, since all of my research indicated this was a quality product. Obviously Sam thinks its so good he doesn't have to back it up with customer service of any kind. Please stay away from this company.
