Beware of Steelcore! I have an outdoor spa and was looking for a way to lock the spa cover that would be a more permanent solution to the plastic clips that the cover came with. I found the Steelcore.net website, and it is very professionally done, so I thought they were a reputable company. Articles have been written about their spa locking straps, and they have even received a child safety award for the product.

After placing my order online, I received an email confirmation, but after 2 weeks, no shipment. I have called and emailed the company multiple times to no avail. I even sent a report to the BBB, and they have had no luck getting a response.

Do not order from Steelcore!
