This report is about Stephen Daniel Spillers born (((redacted))).  Stephen allegedly has Anti Social Personality Disorder (sociopath), allegedly is an alcoholic, and also allegedly a meth addict.  (please note that "allegedly" is a legal formality)  He is allegedly prescribed anti-psychotic pharmaceuticals which he does not take.  He has been arrested numerous times for disorderly conduct as well as assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and witness intimidation (cf.  http://www.salemnews.com/local/x167220318/Licensing-Board-warns-bar-over-alleged-assault)  and (http://salem.patch.com/groups/police-and-fire/p/25-weekend-arrests) 

Mr. Spillers is a bisexual male sporting numerous tattoos.  His tongue is, literally, forked (sliced in the middle) and his p***s is pierced and/or has a hole where the piercing should be.  His sexual proclivities have allegedly spread various sexually transmitted diseases to former partners.  Mr. Spillers is a self described Satanist and sometimes goes by numerous aliases, among them "Sven" as in "Sven Dahli" on Facebook.  (cf. https://www.facebook.com/stephen.spillers.35?fref=ts)  Mr. Spillers is a pathological liar.  However, Mr. Spillers truly believes many of his lies and is a master at self deluded revisionist history when it comes to his own life and events of his past.  He is faithful to no one in relationships, male or female.  He exhibits the horrible emotional disconnect that is the hallmark of sociopathy.  He simply does not feel.  He has no moral compass. 

Stephen's last known location was in or around Little Five Points Atlanta, Georgia.  However, he could be anywhere given his history.  The public is advised to stay away from or otherwise keep their interaction with Mr. Spillers to a minimum.  Employers or potential employers are advised to perform a criminal background check specifically in the state of Massachusetts.  It is our hope that this report has spared many people needless suffering.  Photos obtained by CCU of Mr. Spillers and his various tattoos and disguises are displayed below.
