Stephen Spillers is an exceptionally dangerous man.  Both to himself and others.  His family is very concerned for his mental health.  It has been reported to Birmingham Investiagations that he has allegedly threatened his uncle's life.  Stephen Spillers is a convict with a rather lenghty criminal record.  Here are but a few references:

salemnews.com/local/x546347893/Police/print which states: "Police responded to the Dodge Street Bar & Grill on Dodge Street at 8:22 p.m. after a patron told police a kitchen worker named Stephen Spillers, 24, who is listed as homeless, struck him with an expandable police baton from behind the bar. Police said Spillers was upset with the patron's "words." The victim declined medical attention. A short time later, the victim told police Spillers called the bar and spoke to him and said he'd go after him if he pursued this with the police. Police will summons Spillers on charges of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon (a baton) and witness intimidation."

salemnews.com/local/x546348735/Dodge-Street-assault-hearing-gets-postponed/print which is a very grievous report and states in part, "A former kitchen worker at the Dodge Street Bar & Grill, 7 Dodge St., got upset by something a patron said and allegedly attacked the man with an "expandable police baton" he took from behind the bar, according to a police report.  The alleged victim, a 35-year-old Marblehead man, was struck in the head, the report stated.  The bar employee fled the scene, police said.  However, the alleged victim said he was threatened over the phone by the man when he went back to the bar later that Sunday night to get his brother.  Police issued an arrest warrant for the kitchen worker, Stephen Spillers, 24, who is listed on the police report as homeless. He is charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and witness intimidation."

Stephen is prescribed psychopharmeceuticals and allegedly has suicidal and homocidal tendencies.  He has countless identifying marks and Birmingham Investigations has supplied photos of him here on this report.  B.I. has learned that Mr. Spillers has a tongue that is sliced, or forked, by his own doing, and allegedly has a history with acute alcoholism, meth addiction, cocaine, among other drugs.  He has had sexual relationships with both men and women.  He has been terminated from numerous jobs as well as evicted from numerous homes. 

It is our finding that Mr. Spillers is an extremely dangerous man who seems to display traits of Sociopathy.  B.I. encourages Law Enforcement to communicate with the Commonwealth of Massachusetts when interrogating or otherwise detaining Mr. Spillers.  Please check criminal records in the following states: Massachusetts, Georgia, and Alabama.
