Sterling Pet Travel aka Pascal ward Scammed, ripped off, stole my money, terrorism Maryland Internet

After poiring my heart put to "Pascal Wards" over email, he/she decided to give me a free puppy but they just moved to Pasadena where their "late son" lived and was a breeder. I was told I could have the puppy for free and that I only needed to pay $350 for a travel fee through Sterling Pet Travel. They were sketchy and told me that I could only pay through credit union and had to mention that I was sending it to family because i'd be "charged a lot of fees" if not. I foolishly believed due to the fact I am desperate for a new furry companion since mine has passed. Long story short, I paid and my puppy, Diego, was in transit and a few hours later was in Kentucky for his next flight. I later got a text that his flight was "canceled" due to "bad weather" so I decided to look at the weather radar for Kentucky and not a hint of bad weather there or anywhere near. I hope this helps people from further being scammed by the group of scum. I now have to find out how to file a police report, press charges, and get my money back.
