Beware!!! I signed up with Steve Waters for the worldwide training center.com or internetintelligencecenter.com. program. I received countless emails about this program and how Steve Waters would show me with everyday instruction on how to make money on the internet. After I signed up I received an email to become a "general" it would cost $395 and I would receive special treatment, so I did.

I received nothing. Then I received another email to be a 5* General for $250 and I would receive a special program to make alot of money through emails. I signed up, I did exactly what Steve told me to do, but never heard another word about the program and did not make a dime. I continuously emailed Steve asking him about my money, if I made any and how I would receive it, he never answered me one time, in fact I would not hear from him for several weeks. He is a complete scam artist, he manipulates people into spending lots of money. Stay Away!!!
