Steven E. Kimbrough aka Black Kilt Motion Pictures, Steven E. Kimbrough REFUSES to repay the money I lent him in 2006/2007, Internet

      In 2006 & 2007 I made personal loans amounting to over $22,000 to Steven with written contracts and his word that I would be repaid within a year and/or it will come "right back to me".  I really believed we were helping each other out at the time.  I liked his plans to build his comedy and film business and I was assured to be apart of it as his public relations person.  He offered to help me build my PR firm.  A year went by and then another and he did nothing about repaying me anything.  I did see that his comedy club folded and business was down but so was mine. 

     I lost my day job in 2008 and soon after that I became disabled due to a chronic illness and I kept calling him for any money he could return to me.  He offered to do a fundraiser to pay me something back however I did alot of work on it and sold tickets too, we did not make over $300.00 between the two of us for three months of work.

     I took him to court in Feb 2009 and won a judgement for $22,680.00. I think a person with integrity would try to repay me something towards the money they borrowed, little by little.  You do not repay a personal loan when your "ship comes in".  I loaned Steven the money because he gave me his word he would repay me and he convinced me that he would be working all kinds of jobs to repay me when he said he would.  I have called him every month since December 2010 for money and it is the same  response "i need more time and I have no money".   He keeps his websites, cellphone and does a lot of appearances on facebook doing something .  How long should I wait to get some of my money back?  It has been  over 5 years. 

     I posted this story because I am so upset about being taken into loaning money to someone I trusted.  Steven will say anything to get what he wants.  BEWARE
