Stewart Auto Wholesale c/o Jeremy Stewart Sold a Defaulted Car and refused to reimburse money for car Indian Trail / Matthews North Carolina

 On May 17, 2013, Mr. Jeremy Stewart sold my daugther a car . He fail to discloursed all that was wrong with the car. The same day she brought the car it stop working. He patch up the car just long enough to get out the car lot. We came to find out to repair the car it would take over 5,000 dollars. The mechanic stated its not worth it and the dealer ( Jeremy Stewart) who had the car fixed up to where it would be sold. All the wires and hose were crossed up. The car was too dangerous to drive. The car was on an fake salvage title and has been wrecked 4 times. We could never get in touch with Mr. Stewart the same day cause he rejected our calls. So when we did, we had to call from a number he didnt know he answered and stated that he do not refund money and cussed us out. So we took him to court. Of Course he didnt show up and the judge awarded in our favor. Its is now October 2013, Mr Stewart still have not refunded the money for the car. The car is not driveable it just sitting. This car was for my daughter in college. Who save up some money to buy her first car. Now she has no money and no car to drive. Mr Stewart was been doing this a long time and been getting away with it. The sheriff has been out at his house and shop to collect on our behalf but unable to catch up with him. He is a scam artist that take people money.
