STI Prepaid LLC Swindling tactics, ripoff schemes Flushing New York

There is a constant prolem when I tried to reach two phone numbers in Simferopol, Ukraine. The destination phone answers, I know that the elderly people are home at this time, but nobody answers because they don't receive the signal. In the meanwhile the minutes and money are subtracted from my phonecard. The customer service says that it is the company policy to subtract if the line is hold for more than 1 min., but by the time the destination phone answers it is already one minute. Everything is done to discourage customers to call customer service.

During the specially construed long waiting time the customer is made to listen to all kinds of useless information. When at last you reach the service, all you hear is "we will file a report..., try to call in two hours..., it is our policy..." and no real help. The company's Headquarters can be reached only by mail. No phone, no e-mail. This is also done on purpose. Few people will use mail today. So they take my money without providing promissed service. They use different "explanations" for the subtractions, the main being: "It is our policy". If I have to pay them for their fraudulent "policies", why don't they pay me for wasted time and frustration? As of now, I still cannot reach my relatives in Simferopol, Ukraine.
