STI Prepaid LLC STI prepaid RIP-OFF New York New York

I bought two different STI African King prepaid phonecards and when I tried to use any one of them I never get connected. As long as you stay on the phone over 1 minute 30 seconds while it rings including when you dial the 800 number, 82cents get deducted from the $5 card. I did not talk for a single minute in either of the $5 cards but I lost my hard earned $10 in the process.

When I called customer service they tell me to wait 20 minutes before the last call show in their system. What kind of nonsense customer service is that? After all the wait, they tell me that I have been on the phone for more than a minute (even though it is not connected), the charge is a valid charge.
