Before I ordered I asked them how long it would take to receive my order. They emailed back "1 week". I ordered a mold through Paypal.

After not receiving my order I asked about it and they said it would take 6 weeks as stated on their website.

Ok, after 3 1/2 months they still haven't sent it even though I've emailed them repeatedly and talked to the owner who said that they were going to 2nd day ship it (yeah right) on the following Monday.

After they didn't ship it I politely requested a refund. They gave me another delay saying that the owner was going to call me on the following Monday to "work it out" so I gave them the phone #.

Guess what, no phone call. I'm not sure if this is a real company or just a hobby that some guy has or if it's nothing but a scam.

Paypal won't go after them because they have a 45 day period starting from the transaction date that they will act. Since they used so many delay tactics, that 45 days is long gone.

I wish I'd read the Ripoff Report prior to sending them money. Using Paypal is no guarantee that you'll be protected either.
