StopRepairBills.com Omnisure Group LLC Won't let my cancell contract under 20 days Internet

Was told I could view contract for used vehicle warrentee service and if I didn't like it could cancel and get my $150 deposit back if within 20 days, I have only had it for under a week and when I called back was given the runaround that person I delt with was not in so I left message for him to call at his convenience the next day, he never called so I called again and was told I had to send in a notarized Federal Odometer Statement.   This contract hasn't even kicked in yet and I was told there would be no problem canceling if I didn't like the contract.  They tell you one thing over the phone and then bind you in a contract all kinds of requirements not mentioned.
