I ordered StopZilla in March of 2011 for $39 with the promise of a $30 rebate check. I received an e-mail in May saying they were going to send the check in 3 days. I've had several correspondences with them including a phone conversation today, which I asked to be confirmed (it was not confirmed by one Paul) and have yet to receive the $30.

I'm sorry to hear that your rebate was not delivered as promised. Typically, they take some time to process as we are not a large corporation. Although your complaint seems to be dated, I still invite you to give us a call so we can talk more about your rebate.
