Straightalk Tracfone Bait and switch. Knowingly sell non-working phones only for you to have to BUY another phone Nationwide

 I decided to purchase 3 lines with straight talk. On their website they ask you enter your zipcode for a list of phones that work in your area. I purchased 3 of the recommended phones that fit our needs. After receiving the phones and activating them I started having issues.

I was told there were outages in my area and I would have to wait for the outages to be fixed. 45 days later the outages were fixed but the signal was poor at best (dropping calls every 2-3 minutes) They credited me 15 days service per line after enough complaining.

I continue to have the issues with the poor service and when I called they told me the phones dont work in my area and it was my fault for assuimg the website was accurate. They told me if I want working service I would need to purchase 3 new phones that cost more. 

This is bait and switch. They knowingly sold 3 phones that don't work with their service in my area just to force me (the customer) to have to up grade. This needs to be addressed.
